Below are the registration instructions for the Statewide Provider Learning Center from ARCA at provider.arcalearn.org.
If you are already a user of the Provider Learning Center, log on using your existing regional center username and password to access the training.
Click “Forgot your password?” if you need assistance retrieving your password for an existing account.
New to the Provider Learning Center? Register to set up your account.
Be sure to complete all registration fields before submitting.
- Using the drop-down menu, select the Regional Center you are vendored to provide services with.
- A pop-up screen with a log-in button will appear once you click submit.
- Enter your email and password to log in.
- You can access training in the Provider Learning Center by selecting Catalog.
- Your ARCA Learning Center Catalog will display courses available, courses in progress, and your transcripts.
