We are here to support you and your family with a wide range of services and opportunities to help you reach your full potential in your community, at school, at work, and in everyday activities.

+ infants & toddlers

Serving children from birth to 36 months. Early intervention helps eligible infants and toddlers get support early, when it can make the biggest difference in their development.

Serving children age 3 and up.
During the last six months of your child’s Early Start program, there may be decisions you need to make for your child’s continued success and development.

+ transition age

Serving adolescents transitioning out of school. The transition to adulthood is an exciting time with new opportunities. We encourage you to start planning around age 14, to give you plenty of time to prepare before leaving school.

Serving adults 18 and up. Turning 18 is an important milestone and can bring many questions about adult responsibilities. SDRC is here to support individuals as they move into adulthood and through each stage of life.
