San Diego Regional Center (SDRC) seeks a service provider to develop an Emergency Shelter to provide short-term (approximately 3–5 days) emergency shelter services to support clients who may be displaced during disasters. The goal is to equip and prepare one (1) existing Community Care Licensed facilities— in North County San Diego, with supplies, storage, and staffing support to care for SDRC clients with dignity, safety, and consistency during times of crisis/disaster. The startup funds available are up $60,000.
